I am sensitive to certain ingredients. Do you have your ingredients listed?
We sure do. Every lipstick, because the formula may vary due to finish, has it's ingredient listing on the page.

Do you ship internationally?
Of Course! But please keep in mind customs and additional shipping fees may apply that GLC has no control over and will not be held responsible for.

How long til I recieve my order?
DOMESTIC
Once your order is fulfilled it takes 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS.
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is fulfilled.
Please allow for extra business days for your order to be fulfilled during new releases and around postal holidays.

INTERNATIONAL
STANDARD: This varies based on country and how long it takes to clear through your country's customs.
6-10 BUSINESS DAYS with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is fulfilled.

HELP! I’ve been charged multiple times! What do I do?!
Your order did not process if you did not receive a confirmation email. The pending charges you see will drop off your account in a few business days depending on your bank. Also, please make sure the billing address attached to your card needs to match the billing address you enter.
If you place an order in the future, please only click the submit button once, to prevent multiple charges. Don't hesitate to email us (customercare@goldlabelcosmetics.com) if you have any questions.

What do I do if my lipstick arrives damaged or defective?Email us at customercare@goldlabelcosmetics.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

How can I get a refund?

We believe in providing exceptional customer service and will always do our best to assist with any issue or concern you may have with a purchased item. If a product does not meet your expectations, you have up to 7 days upon receipt to return it for a refund minus shipping and handling. Once we receive the product(s) back at our headquaters your refund will be processed.

To complete your request, please send an email to customercare@goldlabelcosmetics.com. If a product is damaged it may only be exchanged for the same product you originally purchased.

*The swatches on our website represent our colors as true to color based on models features (lip pigmentation and/or skin tone).  However, the actual color may appear different on everyone.

I haven't received my package.

For first class international 2-8 weeks can be normal. For standard international the items aren't tracked as often, sometimes not at all once it boards a flight to your country. This means, you will often see a scan in Jamaica, NY or another city and then nothing. You'll believe they've just stopped tracking your package but the reality is, your package boarded a flight and the scans are now the responsibility of the receiving postal service. Failed scans are not rare.

Tracking info will be sent to the email address entered at checkout. Please note that any typos in your email address will result in tracking being sent to an incorrect email address. This also means any attempts to reach you will be unsuccessful. Please check your spam folders as well before contacting us.

We are not responsible for fees relating to importing goods to your country. We are also not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed shipments. In the event an issue arises with your package, we encourage you to contact USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800- 275-8777) provide them with your tracking number, quite possibly open a case and allow them to assist you. They can track down packages. Unfortunately, this is not something we can assist with.
